Ms. Elaine Dizon

AT&T

Elaine Dizon has been with AT&T for more than 25 years, and has spent time in leadership positions, coaching roles, and business operations, and is now engaged in compliance work that supports federal and state programs the support communities in closing the digital divide for schools, community based organizations, and rural health care clinics. She is a recognized AT&T Business Cultural Champion and in October 2021, she won the SPARK Award, AT&T’s highest DE&I award for individuals who have made an impact toward leading efforts that build Understanding to Tolerance in the workplace. Elaine is also a life and mindset coach, writer, and mother of two. As someone who believes that everyone is on a hero’s journey, Elaine is eager to support individuals and organizations that are willing to demonstrate their purpose in this world.

A passionate volunteer, Elaine is an active member of the Women of AT&T Bay Area Chapter, a 501(c)(3) organized to inspire its members to achieve their personal and professional goals, to affect change in their communities, and to promote an environment that recognizes the value of women’s contributions. She facilitates the chapter’s book club meetings throughout the year to fulfill her purpose around #peoplecare in the workplace. Elaine also supports Filipinx entrepreneurs in their personal development and business goals while caring for themselves and their families through honoring cultural crossings in life. She serves as a board member for the Filipino-American Communications Employees of AT&T (FACES) Northern California chapter, whose pillars are Culture, Community, Charity, and Education.

Elaine leverages every moment and opportunity to demonstrate her core values of connection and community. As a result, she continues to say YES in support of Yours Humanly, offering children in need opportunities for education in communities around the world that are disadvantaged and undeserved.
