BookFest Read-a-Thon

Yours Humanly 2021 BookFest Read-a-thon, sponsored by Amazon, is a free summer fundraiser that encourages reading while helping children in need. Readers reach out to their family, friends, and social circles and ask for one-time donations to support their reading efforts on behalf of Yours Humanly. Pledging participants choose the amount they wish to donate and reading participants honor those sponsorships by doing something they already love to do—read!

Funds raised go toward Yours Humanly’s global projects to create safe and productive classrooms and educational experiences for children in need as schools move through recovery and students return to the classroom. 

Yours Humanly is steadfast in the face of the ongoing pandemic and will continue to raise funds to help students, teachers, schools, and school districts during the 2021–2022 academic year as post-distance learning needs surface. 

The Yours Humanly 2021 BookFest Read-a-thon runs through July 31, 2021, and free registration is now open. We invite all readers and supporters of Yours Humanly around the world to help us help children in need through the lasting power of education. Happy reading!
