Nathanel Grinchpun

Nathanel Grinchpun received the Children Have the Power to Empower® Award for the outstanding acts of goodness he performed on behalf of men, women, and children in San Sebastian, Puerto Rico, affected by the devastating 2017 Hurricane Maria. He spent six extraordinary weeks going door to door, delivering gallons of water, cans of food, and his own clothes to people greatly in need. He offered hugs and prayers to people he had never met, and spent precious time with them talking, sharing, and lifting their spirits. His deeply caring heart and innovative spirit have already made an impact on an entire town in Puerto Rico, changing the lives of those people forever. He is a role model of compassion and purpose.
