Miran Bhima received the Children Have the Power to Empower® Award for the outstanding acts of goodness he performs through his international nonprofit Strive2Thrive Edu, focusing on improving educational systems and infrastructures for the benefit of underprivileged youth. Miran has raised more than $136,000 and touched the lives of more than 10,000 underprivileged young people in more than 35 developing nations. His efforts have helped build dozens of libraries and computer labs around the world, and his programs and workshops have helped equip thousands of marginalized youth with vital 21^st century skills.
