Devika Manoj received the Children Have the Power to Empower® Award for the outstanding acts of goodness she performs through Blooming Seeds, her international youth-run organization that fosters science curiosity in children with special needs and provides them with free interactive science education while creating a space where people with and without disabilities can interact. Devika has led more than 30 science workshops for special needs students in 15 states and five countries, and touched the lives of thousands of special needs students and their families. She has adapted from in-person programs and workshops to online instruction during these unprecedented times with great success, which takes great initiative and confidence.
