Yours Humanly scholars in India are continuing their educational journey for another year through our K–12 Scholarship Program, giving children from desperately poor families the opportunity to remain in school, continue learning, and move closer to high school graduation.
A central component of our Coloring Futures initiative, the K–12 Scholarship Program reflects a long-term commitment to the children we serve. Once a child becomes a Yours Humanly scholar, our goal is not simply to fund one year of schooling, but to support that scholar year after year through high school graduation.
In India, our annual scholarships cover the costs associated with a scholar’s education, including tuition, uniforms, books, study materials, school supplies, mid-day meals, and other educational support and resources. By removing financial barriers that can prevent children from attending or remaining in school, we help provide the stability and opportunity they need to learn, grow, and build brighter futures.
Every new school year represents another important step forward for our scholars—and another year in which we honor our commitment to stand beside them on their educational journey.
