Reconstruction and rehabilitation continue on two school sites in Sunderban, West Bengal, India, with the support of Yours Humanly India. Both schools were severely damaged during Cyclone Amphan in May 2020. With help from our generous and compassionate donors, Yours Humanly was able to step in and offer construction funding and services in time to ease the challenges for returning students. We also donated books, educational supplies, and classroom rugs for 400 students, because no child deserves to sit on hard, bare floors at school. This disaster relief project was made possible through our Bridging Gaps initiative, which serves to bridge the gaps between need and available resources.
